Peach Banana Pineapple Smoothie Bowl
This Peach Banana Pineapple Smoothie Bowl will help you kick off your day with a tasty breakfast or a midday snack. It's dairy free, wheat free, and low in oxalates. 
Ingredients
  • BLEND:
  • 2 Peaches
  • 1 Banana
  • 3 Pineapple Chunks (Two Inches in Size)
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Sunflower Seed Butter
  • 1/4 to 1/2 Cup Whole Grain Rolled Oats
  • TOPPING:
  • Peach Slices
  • Banana Slices
  • Coconut Chips (Toasted)
  • Sunflower Seeds
  • Honey (Drizzled On Top)
Tip
Freeze the peaches, banana, and pineapple chunks before blending. Peel the banana and slice the peaches/Pineapple prior to freezing.
