- 2 Peaches
- 1 Banana
- 3 Pineapple Chunks (Two Inches in Size)
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Sunflower Seed Butter
- 1/4 to 1/2 Cup Whole Grain Rolled Oats
- TOPPING:
- Peach Slices
- Banana Slices
- Coconut Chips (Toasted)
- Sunflower Seeds
- Honey (Drizzled On Top)
Tip
Freeze the peaches, banana, and pineapple chunks before blending. Peel the banana and slice the peaches/Pineapple prior to freezing.
