Wheat-Free Banana & Wild Blueberry Muffins

INGREDIENTS

1 Cup Almond Flour

1 Cup Gluten-Free Flour

1 tsp Baking Soda

1/2 tsp Salt

1 tsp Root & Bones Reishi

1/4 tsp Cinnamon 

2 Bananas

1/2 Cup Softened Butter

2 Eggs

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

1/4 Cup Honey

1/2 Cup Milk

1 Cup Frozen Wild Blueberries 

Lemon Zest (Optional)

DIRECTIONS

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. In another bowl mix bananas, butter, eggs, vanilla, honey, and milk with hand mixer or stand mixer. Add dry ingredients to wet mixture and blend. Stir in blueberries and lemons zest.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes in lined muffin pan.
